South Crescent Pool is unfortunately showing signs of overuse and under-maintenance. The facilities are not in the best condition, and it can get quite crowded. If you do decide to take a dip, be sure to shower thoroughly afterward, as the water quality may be questionable. Hopefully, the pool will receive some much-needed attention and improvements in the future.

According to my grandchildren, the pool and hot tub were fine but the lack of a slide or board, and the relatively shallow depth (4.5 feet), held the pool back from a higher rating. They did observe (as did this grandfather) that families with smaller children were enjoying themselves.

This is one of the main things that brings us to Seabrook. Access to a lot warm pool even in the winter. A great way to burn energy for the kids!

This pool was absolutely disgusting. The water was dark urine colored and it smelled like it too. Absolutely not a hint of detectable chlorine - the pool clearly needs to be shocked. I did not feel it was safe or hygienic enough for my kids to be in and I'm certain it was not up to any regulatory codes. This pool is undoubtedly being mismanaged; the wrong chemicals are being used and judging by the physical grime on the surfaces, it certainly has not been cleaned in a long, long time. Pretty outrageous considering the rental prices in Seabrook and it is shockingly off track with the town's dreamy modern beach town aesthetic.

The water was not very clean, and the pool house was looking a little shabby
