My hot tub was delivered on time. Actually, I received a call that it was going to be delivered early than scheduled which was great. Dustin was extremely professional and thorough with explaining everything I needed to know about the operation of the hot tub. As soon as the hot tub arrived, Dustin, Nick, Will and Tony were all business. The installation was completed sooner than expected. The overall experience was outstanding! Tremendous job from the Leisure Works team (Ann Arbor, Mi) Dustin, Nick, Will and Tony. Thank you.

Lyle (Tony, Will, and Jeremy) did an excellent job delivering our new hot tub. Lyle went above and beyond explaining to us what to do and when to do things! As first time hot tub owners, they were excellent to work with. My wife and I will recommend them to everyone.

We are very happy with the delivery. Everyone was very friendly. They put the hot tub right where we wanted it and were very careful not damage our new deck. They went over with us on how to put the chemicals in and how to run the hot tub. They made sure we had did not have any questions before we left.

The customer service & delivery were amazing. My spa is a 3 seater & it fits perfectly in our backyard. The set up was quick to fill & it heated up really fast. We are very happy with our purchase. 💕
