In my opinion there is more to just selling a hot tub. There is the service end of it also.My repair started on 11-20-24. I have had my hot tub drained since Thanksgiving. It has taken them the time to come out and evaluate, Order parts, come back to do the repair then to Realize that oh, I don’t have silicone to do the job with me so then they have to reschedule again. A couple of days before they were rescheduled to come out, I get a text saying they need to reschedule again. Job is due to be fixed this week on Friday, January 9, 2025. This has gone on a month to long due to not having silicone with the tech. In my opinion this is bad service. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends. This was a very minor repair that cost over $474.16 plus they are charging another $125.00 to drive back here to do the repair. A total of $599.16 for a very minor repair. Think twice.
The folks at Lifestyle Hot Tubs are always friendly and ready to assist! With their help and supplies, I have maintained our Hot Springs hot tub for many years of enjoyment!
BEWARE OF LIFESTYLES: I wish I could rate lifestyles with zero stars! Our experience has been more than awful with lifestyles. Our hot tub is only a couple of years old and the control panel stopped coming on but our hookup still showed power to our hot tub. After cancelling once to have them come out due to bad weather we rescheduled. They sent a man out on the wrong day and time and I just was getting out of the shower and only in my robe. Not only was he here on the complete wrong day and time, he was extremely rude and did not even touch my hot tub. We haven’t been able to reach them since and they are trying to charge us $100 for coming on the wrong day and time and doing absolutely nothing! I will be calling my attorney because we have no intention on being out $7000 for a newer hot tub! I am more than infuriated by their lack of customer service. We have a beautiful tub we took amazing care of and really enjoyed. Too bad they are horrible to deal with because this review could have went an entire different way. So upsetting especially watching friends with hot tubs much older receive such amazing service from their hot tub dealers. Definitely shop around if you are looking for a hot tub and avoid Lifestyles!!
We had a great experience at Lifestyles Hot Tubs in Ann Arbor! Brett the manager was so helpful and even came to our house on delivery day to make sure we knew how everything worked. At the time we purchased the hot tub he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, we didn't feel any pressure to buy which was import to us. We had many questions and all were answered, Brett has so much experience we felt confident in purchasing at the time we did, also any time we call they are there to help! I wanted to wait a little while before writing a review just so that I had enough time with our new Freeflow Azure tub to write an honest review. After visiting more than five other spa stores we finally bought a tub from Zach at the Ann Arbor Lifestyles store. Zach was completely honest about everything and steered us towards a tub that fit our needs and not the flashiest tub on the floor. He was happy to provide us with the basics that we need and included a set of REALLY nice steps and a cover lift with our new tub, along with the basic chemicals that we needed to get everything up and running quickly. There was one small issue with the tub when we picked it up as it was missing the cooler cover and after a quick call to Zach he said that he'd get it on order right away. Very happy with their customer service and would highly recommend that you stop in to pay the Ann Arbor store a visit.
