My friends and I had an amazing time! We got hungry but were having too much fun in the pool to get out. We ordered pizza from the bar, and Robert kindly delivered it right to us in the pool—with a big smile! Great service and great vibes.

Full disclosure, we were spending a day at the beach and were approached by the bartender regarding free pool pass for the day. We had a long day already and it is in the same parking lot as the reserve so we decided to try it out. From the very moment we came to this place, we were met with excellent customer service to the point that it made our experience. The drinks were on point and very well made and the food was just perfect. It was a nice casual environment and we were able to lounge at the pool and relax. Highly recommend the place if you are at the reserve beach or in the vicinity.

We had a great time here! Staff and owners are very friendly, food was delicious, and Wesley and Alex worked very hard to take great care of us. The place is clean and newly remodeled to look like a cruise ship. Some areas are not finished yet, and the back pool bar was not open on our Sunday evening visit. The place is great now, cannot wait to see it when it is fully finished!

Pool bar is good vibes, super chill spot to hang out! All the workers are super kind. I ordered their nachos con camarones, waited nearly and hour, and they weren’t that good .. the shrimp tasted raw, the chips were all tiny & broken like it was the bottom of the bag & it was basically just hummus, guac & pico on them. I could only eat half. Come for the drinks & the vibes! & Maybe try tacos or flatbread instead 🤷♀️

The first time was great and we loved it so much I brought my husband back with his service dog and the manager sent a new waitress out to tell us no…. She went to ask him for help and he still said no to even handling the situation himself. He made things so uncomfortable for everyone involved. I am disappointed that he refused but I am more disappointed that he made that poor girl handle it alone. She did incredible and defended him to the end
