Our family enjoys having the Lebanon Community Pool in our neighborhood. A small warm pool, a big pool with diving boards, a men's, women's, and family restrooms with showers. Swimming is a wonderful anaerobic exercise for every body of all ages. A schedule is posted online. Please be sure to shower before and after entering the pool. : ]

The people who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and make exercising so enjoyable that time flies by...and before one knows it, it's time to leave. Plus the water is crystal clear and feels incredibly good. The warm pool is wonderful for painful joints and muscles. And the cooler pool is great for playing and exercising in without working up a sweat .
