I have bought a hot tub from this company in Melville, NY. I have called over the years and Bill has been very receptive. In June I purchased a Bullfrog hot tub cover from this store in Windham, NY. I was told it would take 2 to 3 months for delivery. I paid in June the full amount $1134 for the hot tub cover. I called the end of July and was told it was in progress. I called the end of August and was told they would be delivering to me on Long Island Septemeber 5. I called on 9/3, 9/4, and 9/5 (the day of delivery and installation. No one called back to confirm or give me an update. I then called on 9/6 from a different phone. They answered the call. Carmen's excuse (the owner) said he was out all week. He would have to discuss with Bill and call back first thing Monday morning on 9/8. I called at 12pm and left a message. No response. My only recourse is to go to my credit card company and dispute this charge since I have been lied over and over. I'm not sure what is going on with this company and this is very disappointing to me. Carmen or Bill you should have common courtesy to call your customers back. I would like an immediate refund on my purchase of $1134.00. I will also, be reaching out to Bullfrog .

Best Hot Tubs and Spas has provided great service for our house in Windham. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the hot tub is in great condition for our guests every week. Our tech Devon communicates exceptionally and provides real peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Best Hot Tubs has been fantastic. I purchased my tub from them 7 years ago. They service the tub weekly always ensuring it’s ready for use. They have worked overtime when our heater went out on a Friday night to get it back up. Highly recommend! Scott

We use Best Hot Tubs for weekly maintenance and our experience with them has been great. We’ve been satisfied customers for a year now and have had the pleasure of working with Lafayette and Anthony, who have always provided top-notch service. However, we’d like to emphasize a recent experience which solidified our trust in this company. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the guys at Best Hot Tubs and especially for Michael’s expertise, dedication and going above and beyond to save our expensive hot tub from further damage after an incident a few days ago. This past weekend, an Airbnb guest had mistakenly left the jets running overnight, resulting in the water level dropping to an almost nonexistent state. To make matters worse, the remaining water had frozen. Panicked and unsure of what to do, we reached out to Best Hot Tubs and they promptly responded by sending Michael to help us out immediately. Despite the additional time and effort required to restore the hot tub, Michael remained committed to delivering exceptional service. He spent many hours (on MLK day) thawing the ice with care, refilling it with fresh water and balancing the chemicals. He even came back yesterday to ensure that it’s working properly for our next guests. Throughout the process, he kept us informed via text or phone calls, allowing us to have peace of mind, even though we couldn’t be there in person. Thank you once again to everyone at Best Hot Tubs for their exceptional service and especially to Michael for saving our hot tub from disaster! We greatly appreciate you!
