Clean locale, with a kiddie pool and climbing walls, offering swimming lessons.
Specific information regarding the precise temperatures of the pools at the Albert Lea Aquatic Center is not readily available on its official website or common public resources. As an outdoor facility, water temperatures would typically fluctuate based on ambient weather conditions and natural heating.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this city pool are mixed. Many praise it as a kid-friendly facility with reasonable pricing, good hours, and a variety of activities including a waterslide, rock wall, diving board, and a dedicated kiddie area, noting professional lifeguards and a food court. However, significant concerns were raised about the outdated, dirty, and insufficient shower and changing facilities, citing a lack of clean bathrooms with proper doors and the frequent presence of used diapers and bandaids. Operational issues include inaccurate opening hours on the website/Google, leading to wasted trips for visitors, and a broken handicap chairlift (though staff handled this particular issue positively by offering a refund and promising quick repair).

The lifeguards are very professional. It's a great pool!!
Website says it's open . Arrived at the place and it was closed and was from out of town. Google said it was open. Looks its not there anymore.
Been going to this city pool my whole life I'm in my 40s. And although I'm glad they updated some things especially the kiddie pool, they need to replace the shower changing area building. It's disgusting and very very old. Need more bathrooms than just 3 with actual doors to close and a clean orderly changing area. Many times have found used diapers in the changing area just sitting there and used bandaids everywhere. We/They can do better than this for our community.
Handicap chairlift was broke but they offered a refund on their own and they apologized a few times and said it's the guys first priority tomorrow
Love coming to this specific pool after school. It’s very kid friendly and has pretty good hours and the pricing is very reasonable. I think like 3-5 dollars per person. And the activities are pretty fun. You got a water slide, about 15 ft high rock wall, a large pool with a shallow side, kind of in the middle side, and the deep end, a diving board, and a kid friendly area with a bunch of water involved stuff in it and a food courty with drinks, food, candy and ice cream. Overall I would give this place a 5 star review. Pretty good.
