The swim instructors are awesome they have patience with the kids. We bought a family swim pass this year all of the lifeguards are nice and friendly. The lifeguard supervisor is also very nice and friendly.
Sometimes it can be just a bit over crowded but that's what you get for a public pool during hot days lol. The new playground the built outside of the pool is so awesome our son loves that park.
