What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the aquatic center are mixed. Positive feedback notes it as a good indoor swimming option for kids' parties, featuring a play area, water slides, and reasonable prices, with some experiencing friendly staff and children having a great time. However, significant negative feedback points to recurring issues with inaccurate operating hours (both online and at the facility), leading to frustration and wasted trips. Safety is a major concern, with multiple reports of no flotation devices allowed, a lack of visible lifeguards (especially at slides), and even near-drowning incidents. A specific staff member, characterized by curly hair and hazel eyes, is frequently mentioned for being rude, unhelpful, providing misinformation, and, in one instance, for an alleged physical altercation. Other complaints include the facility appearing smaller than depicted in photos, an unpleasant atmosphere, and poor water quality descriptions.

NOT KIND STAFF, INCORRECT TIMES, NEVER OPEN, WEBSITE INCORRECT AND, NO FLOTATION DEVICES ALOUD. my niece almost drowned, she almost drowned. I HAD to save her- not life guards in site. I ALMOST DROWNED TRYING TO SAVE HER. I’m 69… the water gave me ptsd it smelt like WW2… I felt like I was back in a bomb shelter. The cement walls made me feel like I was in solitary confinement. Dude with the curly hair and hazel eyes hit me. Should be fired!!!!!!!
Took my grandson & nephew Sunday. They had a blast we stayed from about 1pm until about 5:30. Boy did they sleep like angels that night. They were exhausted. The staff was friendly and had great customer service!! 👍🏼
We walked an hour in the hot sun to the aquatic center today. We were disappointed, to say the least. Online, it says on Mondays it's open from 6am-8pm. When we got there at 11:30, the boy with brown curly hair with hazle eyes who looked about 16 sayd "mumble mumble opens at 12" so we went outside to wait for 30 minutes. When we walked back inside, he said, "Mumble mumble were closed, but the other pools are open" then he turned around and laughed with his friends. The other pools are a 15-minute drive away. I walked here. Don't go on Mondays if you don't want to have a bad day.
Good winter (or summer) swimming option, since it's all indoors, and a good place to host your kids birthday party. Big play area for little kids, plus 2 water slides. Decent sized party room, good prices.
Not quite a safe place for little ones. They will not allow floaties. My daughter uses them to help her practice to swim. Without them she kept dipping under the water and taking on so much water. No lifeguard at the top of the slide. Much smaller place than what the pictures let on.
