Fixed issue with my automation system quickly and reasonably. Cleaned pool filter while he was there and gave some free advice on pool maintenance. Great maintenance service! We generally clean and maintain our own pool but having someone to resolve more complicated issues is a great resource

Sorry folks do not use Rob Ewing Pool Service. There are at last 5 office workers and evidently 1 pool cleaner. We are waiting on our last of 4 visits in the last 10 days with this being the final pool cleaning. Even spoke with Mr. Ewing himself to get our pool done today.

Apparently "cleaning" means coming over and dumping a few tablets in the basket and leaving the bottom of the pool untouched. I personally love the gaslighting of the customer service people trying to say the pool guy was here for 20 mins. First off, I homeschool my children and I am home 24/7. The guy wasn't even here long enough for me to have seen him in my backyard. Secondly, I can look at the pool and see it wasn't cleaned at all. The leaves at the bottom of the pool had been there since Monday after our yard was done. This weekend is my birthday and I was excited to have guests over to use the pool. Knowing that our pool service is on Wednesday I assumed it would be fine. Wednesday came and the pool had not been touched. I called and was told they were running behind due to Labor Day. Okay no big deal. Thursday around 2 still nothing so I called again. They said they were still running behind and it could be Friday. Okay no big deal. Today I call again and they say someone was there yesterday. Someone may have come and out dropped chlorine in the basket but no one cleaned it. The same leaves that were there Monday are still there now. The same leaves that were at the bottom of the pool last night when I walked our dog in the backyard are still there now. If you're running behind with your customers just say that but don't try to gaslight people and act like a service was performed when the pictures clearly show it was not.

Ewing pool and spa have the worst customer service, and they don’t do what they say, but they charge you like they did provide the service. When you call them on their mistakes they say, Oh you aren’t on our list for services, but you came out and provided cleaning for two weeks and I paid you, but now I’m not on the list. If you don’t want my business then say so, but what I’m not going do is keep paying for sorry service.
