It is so sad that this place has been an Alice so long and could be making more money. If people would answer the phone!! The number listed is never answered and the recording says the voicemail is full. I actually had to drive down there myself.To get the download to find out that it is open to the public. Then try to become a member and was told that I would be called and four weeks went by and nothing. No wonder it is went from the y m c a back to the city and now to some other owner. I wonder if the new owner knows how much money he's losing.

Called about swim lessons for my grandson and was told he would be put on a waiting list. About a week later I received a call saying that a swim instructor was available and would be calling us that day to set up a schedule. The next day they called me again to tell me the same thing as the day before. I still didn’t get a call from any swim instructor. I called them back a few days later to inquire and was told that the swim instructor would be calling me back in a few minutes. It’s been another week and I still never got a call back from anyone. Very disappointed!! They need better management!

It’s a bit psychotic to close an inside pool for lightning outside. Also there are no signs inside the facility indicating that rule.

The best pool in town! lol totally worth your penny. They have 3 amazing water slides, no lines, a lazy river, fun areas for your toddlers, plus the giant indoor pool goes from 3 to 13 feet with 3 diving boards that will test your courage. Its fun for the whole family.

The website said Open but when I had went it said They were closed. My children were looking forward to swimming. They are so disappointed.
