Had a pool installed today. It was a great experience. Pool price was in line with what I saw and the installation could not have been better. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would, no common courtesy whatsoever. I had been in the process of purchasing a floor model from them, I had called multiple times, asked questions, thoroughly researched, and had sent several emails with our intent to purchase with a specific date that we would come in to finalize the purchase since we were waiting on funds to be moved into our checking account, and these people sold it right out from underneath us. I spoke to the manager and told him we were refurbishing our deck, getting the 240 line installed, and having the money arranged, so he knew we intended to purchase. I gave him a specific date that we would be in to finalize everything, and he had the audacity to send me an email telling us that it was sold and that it's 'first come, first serve', never once saying anything like that to me when we were emailing back and forth about the purchase. He never told me we needed a deposit to hold it, and didn't even call us to give us the opportunity to put a deposit on it prior to selling it to someone else after all of the communication we had had with him. He had both my email and my phone number, so there was no reason to not let us know we needed a deposit. Very underhanded and unethical business practices, all this business cares about is money, no care for potential or actual customers whatsoever. In response to the owner's response: We were never told or asked to put a deposit down or the tub would be sold out from underneath us. We never received a call from them saying that someone else was interested, we know you intended to come in and purchase this in the next few days, are you able to put a deposit down? I had been in communication with them over the entire time, asking questions, getting totals with tax and a cover so I could arrange for the funds, and gave them an exact date of when I would be in with the check. They had zero consideration at all for us, all it would have taken was a simple phone call, it's called common courtesy. All they care about is the money apparently, and thought we would come in and just pick another hot tub out after they did that to us. No thanks, I'll spend my money where there is business ethics and common courtesy.

The employees make no effort whatsoever to even find out why you are there or what you're looking for. We were there to inquire about hot tubs. We were the only customers there. We walked all over the sales floor/showroom and no one even greeted us or asked if they could help us. We had to go to them and ask our questions, and in return got lots of attitude and snarky comments from them. We will be buying a hot tub at some point, but not from this place. Yes, they had very nice ones on display and lots of pool and spa accessories and supplies, but if the employees don't care whether they sell anything, let alone a $10,000+ hot tub then we don't care to buy one from them.

Happy to share a great experience with PDC. They came recommended by our neighbor. First we booked a local spa move via their Service Construction team. We had a service visit (fair and honest) for this older spa and ultimately decided to buy a new one from PDC. So glad we did! Great show room with lots of display models, parts, chemicals, and accessories in stock. Clean and well organized with friendly/helpful staff. The manager and staff were ver accommodating; we were deliberating over different models and calling/emailing with all sorts of questions. We ended up with the Bali model that was in-stock at the store and had all the options we wanted. Only had to make one trip to the store to see it, buy it, and book it. The schedule was really tight and I appreciated the team fitting in our delivery before a big party we had coming up. Delivery day went well. Our old spa was hauled off and the new one was setup without any issues. The technician knew the tub inside and out and was patient with us (first time spa owners with lots of questions). We got a great lesson in maintenance on delivery day and also a helpful consultation about chemicals (customized to our water) over the phone. We had a small cosmetic issue with one of the tub panels and PDC made a plan to resolve it immediately. We're totally satisfied with how this was handled. As an added bonus we got a couple of 'goodie bags' with everything needed to get us started plus some very thoughtful extras. We were able to use the tub same-day 💖. Would recommend PDC spas and their Lehighton store without hesitation.

Great customer service. Bought a home and the previous owners didn't leave us anything. Knew nothing about a jacuzzi. These people helped me quiet efficiently, effectively and set up my appointments with ease.
