I recently just bought a house with a pool that was left unattended for 7 years. The store manager took a hour out of her day just to explain the process of the chemicals and some handy tips for me to use while preparing the pool for the season. She even set up an account for me with a free bottle to bring water in for her free testing! I was very anxious about opening the pool but knowing she is only a phone call or short trip away helped easy that anxiety!

She helped me take my 27k gallon pool from black brown to crystal clear by doing a thorough examination of my water and giving me an easy to understand step by step process to bring my ph, alkalinity, hardness, acidity levels back to where they are correct and optimal.

This is the first year in 23 years it was easy to care for our pool in Greenville. I always drove to GR to the Pools Plus for accurate water testing and chemicals. Now that we have Niki in Greenville it is a pleasure to spend less money and time caring for our pool. It’s finally winterized and as crystal clear as it was all summer. Niki’s assistance all summer long made caring for our pool a piece of cake! She is worth her weight in gold ❤️!
