Very clean! Nice rooms. They have out door and a indoor pools, they even have a kiddie pool. The hot tub was out of service. One of the staff told us that it has not worked for years. They should take it off their web site. The breakfast was good. We will stay there again. But would have liked to have the hot tub working.

Feels like a tropical paradise in the pool area we were hoping for a hot tub but it is no longer working. The amazing pool makes up for it. Room 215 was cozy and quite big enough. We are not breakfast people so the Continental breakfast was perfect. Only complaint is not enough elevators. Stairs are hard for older people. Otherwise we can't wait to come back.

We were greeted by a friendly young woman at the counter who got us on our way. The room was comfortable and clean. It's apparent they are working to update the hotel. One thing I would highly recommend is a second elevator especially for those who have a difficulty with stairs. The breakfast was adequate at best.

Overall Great Place to Stay! Couple Hiccups upon check in with rooms not being ready but the front desk immediately did what they could to get our three rooms checked in and get us into rooms. They accommodated one of the rooms to be able to view outside to the parking lot where we were able to see our motorcycles. The front desk staff recommended a great restaurant across the street along with their bar and grill on site. One of the rooms was missing items (toiletries etc.) but immediately fixed by a housekeeper in the hallway. Some of the hotel and some items of the rooms are a little dated but everything was clean. Ice machines seemed to be down throughout the hotel but the next day, we noticed maintenance working on the one down the hall from our room. Our group utilized the pool for a bit prior to families coming down and it was nice and clean and stocked with towels and plenty of seating. There was no issue with parking our motorcycles under the canopy in the morning getting ready for the day. The Grouse Bar Staff were absolutely amazing with accommodating! 5 STARS TO THEM!!! They went above and beyond with a request I had the first night we got there and they had excellent recommendations for dining our second night we ate there. Not only did our server take care of us but the other servers in the bar stopped at our table to check on us and fill our drinks. Weekends they have a complimentary small hot breakfast being served. Just enough to get us going before we headed back on the road. Definitely recommend this hotel! Reasonably priced, great staff, clean rooms, good location, great food!

Great location and setup, however the execution left a lot to be desired. I got the room with the cool jacuzzi, thinking it would be a interesting addition, yea you don’t get a separate shower with it, the jacuzzi is the shower and it’s also not connected to the bathroom, so, you better be comfortable with who you plan on going with. The pool was nice but as always with hotels the towels were tiny, both at the pool and at the room. Also, there’s no arcade anymore, it’s just a table and chairs, so, long story short, unless you want to deal with a bunch of kids in the pool, and a less than sanitary jacuzzi attached to the bedroom, good luck lol
