What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this town pool are overwhelmingly positive, with many visitors praising it as an impressive and fun small-town pool, often preferred over other local options like the Ames pool due to its quality and lower admission fee. Highlights include perfect water, enjoyable slides, attentive and kind lifeguards, a nice kid area, and the availability of free life vests, making it safe for children, including those with special needs. A practical tip shared is to bring cash for admission. However, one negative review expressed dissatisfaction with customer service, reporting that a faulty pair of swimming goggles broke almost immediately and the facility refused a refund or exchange, leading to a perception of being unfriendly and overly focused on money, especially for out-of-town guests.

They sold my son a pair of swimming googles that cracked/broke before he ever left the pool that day and they refused to refund him or exchange them. He didn’t even have them for a full 24 hours. Seems like they’re more worried about money than anything else. Would not recommend not the most family, friendly, especially when you’re from out of town.
Nice town pool. The water is perfect. Slides are fun for the kids .
Best small town pool I've ever been to!! Would recommend!!
BRING CASH FOR ADMISSION (learn from my mistake lol). I love bringing my kids here over the Ames pool. There's usually at least one chair for us any time of the day. Even when crowded we have enough room to swim and play! I love this facility and will continue to bring them here every summer. I also love that there are free life vests to use. My special needs toddler could walk around by himself and be safe :)
Went there the first time yesterday because the pool in Ames didn't didn't have their main pool open. I was super impressed. The lifeguards were kind and attentive. The kid area looked really nice! I think I'll be going here over any other pool from now on! (Especially when the admission fee is HALF of the Furman Aquatic Center!!)
