It was one of the record hot days today and dipping into this pool was the perfect antidote to sizzling skin. Everybody here is inviting you to come and get in the water because it's fine. Here at the Roland municipal pool you will find brand new facility building fully stocked with state-of-the-art restrooms changing rooms concession bar and kitchen. They have added a stainless steel railed ramp and also wide handraild steps into the pool. So when you're in Roland Iowa stop on in jump in you'll be glad you did. We love it here. The lifeguards are so amazing access friendly. Kiddos have been doing swim lessons here forever and highly recommended. We get the pool pass every year and it's worth it. It was just rebuilt and is absolutely beautiful. Love the new deck chairs!

Great pool. Great price. Loved bringing my family here, but makes me uncomfortable that Lifeguards aren't ready for an emergency. One was looking at his smart watch for 3 minutes instead of at the water. They have the tubes under their feet which adds time to response in case of emergency. I understand it's a small pool, odds of something happening are small, but if it happens, you need to be ready.

Theres not a lot to do here. It gets boring after a while. Would love to see another thing in the deep end, like a highdive! Though with friends the pool is good for like 2-3 hours 4 at most!
