Great company! We ordered our spa and covana cover a year before we had a place prepared for it. Life got in the way for us but the company was so accommodating. We are very greatful. The install team was excellent. Thanks Corey, Brad, Mike and Adam for doing a great job! Can’t wait to use it!

2 months ago we purchased a bed and base from Sleep & Spas at our local fair; they had a mobile store there. We bought a powered base that raises and massages, which was perfect because my husband is a disabled veteran with spinal issues and the massage feature we tested felt great on his back. When our bed was delivered, it was apparent immediately that it was not what we had purchased as there was no massage feature. I promptly reached out to our sales person and was advised the issue would be resolved quickly. I spent the next last 5.5 weeks trying to "quickly" resolve the issue with both that sales person as well as the supposed owner of the company. They have stopped returning my texts or phone calls and clearly have no intention of delivering what we purchased. So now I'm out thousands of dollars on a bed we're now stuck with for 10 years. Don't patron this company if you can avoid it; they clearly prey on disabled veterans (and yes, they were very aware he was a disabled veteran).

My boyfriend and I recently bought a new mattress at Bennington and it was a GREAT experience. We worked with Eric and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions and reviewed all of our options with us. He helped us to pick out the perfect mattress and we are sleeping better than ever!

We just purchased a new mattress from Eric at Bennington Mattress. He was outstanding to work with. He was so knowledgeable about every product in his store, and he did a great job of dissecting our mattress needs. He did not put pressure on us and he was very respectful of our budget. P.S. Eric made the experience completely kid friendly!

Me and my wife shopped at the Saratoga location. Eric was incredible when helping us search for a new mattress. The experience was personal and he devoted all of his attention to helping us find the best mattress. The location in Saratoga is easy to get to and they have a great selection. I highly recommend doing business with Bennington Mattress, and thanks Eric we love our new mattress!
