Family-friendly aquatic centre with shallow areas, fountains, a water slide and a rock-climbing wall.
Specific, regularly published pool temperatures for Joannes Aquatic Center are not readily available. However, public recreational aquatic centers typically maintain their water at a comfortable temperature suitable for swimming and play during their operating season.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed. Many visitors praise the wide range of activities for all ages, including slides, a diving board, and a rock climbing wall, noting the comfortable water temperature and affordable entry/concessions. Staff are often described as courteous and lifeguards are commended for enforcing safety rules and preventing horseplay. However, there are significant criticisms, particularly regarding the baby/toddler area, which some found to have dirty sand and to lead directly to the deep pool. Lifeguards reportedly require parents to hold infants/toddlers, which is not posted at entry. Other negative experiences include an unenthusiastic admission counter staff member and major operational issues such as unexpected, lengthy closures for cleaning (due to vomit) without refunds, only credit vouchers. Overall, while many aspects are enjoyable and well-managed, consistency in staff helpfulness and clear policies for families with young children, as well as handling of operational disruptions, are areas for improvement.

This was a really nice place. My only one thing was the lady at the admission counter really seemed like she was bored out of her mind and didn't want to be there I actually thought she was asleep when I got there. Then she litterly said how can I help you in my head I was like seriously why do you think im here so that threw me. There was even a rock climbing wall in the deep end sadly never saw anyone on it though But great place to visit should definitely check it out if you haven't
Babies are allowed but there’s no baby area the sand is very dirty and the baby area leads to the deep pool . Mostly older adults in here and lifeguards make you hold your infant or toddler so you can’t let them play but it won’t say that when you entry they will keep scolding you
Well we got there at 345 and was told it's closed for cleaning till 430. Someone puked and it was a lot the workers were scooping out chunks. Then at 440 they were still cleaning and everyone was leaving. They wouldn't give me a refund back only a credit voucher for another day. It's ridiculous that I'm at a baby pool because every place that has public swim is very expensive.
Came on a Friday afternoon, the pool temperature was set around 80 degrees on a semi-hot day which was wonderful! Lots to do for any age. I was impressed with the 'toddler water slide' into the baby pool! So cute and inclusive! There are plenty of areas to play in the not too deep water, great for kids. The big slides had no lines and 2 life guards for safety, one at the top of slide and the other waiting at the bottom if help is needed. There's a low diving board, and a 'water dump' style slide into the deep water. The staff are very courteous and helpful, the concession stand has lots of affordable options, and the grounds around the pool are grassy and some shaded by large beautiful trees. Cost was $5 per adult and I think I heard $2 for Children. Loved our day here. I went with my adult daughter visiting from Minneapolis and she was thoroughly impressed. Good job Green Bay!
My fam had a fine time. The lifeguards are great with enforcing no rough horseplay keeping the pool safe for everyone.
