We like the Tundra Lodge for an annual summer stop with our three kids (all under 8). We have always enjoyed our stay having gone the past three years. Reading the reviews always has us feel like the place doesn't get it's due. It's typically affordable (forget the Packers!) and a great way to entertain a young family for an evening and a morning like we typically do at the park. The rooms have always been clean, and this year we were happy to see they had upgraded a lot of the furniture in our room. In the past, there was clear wear and tear on some of the stuff showing its age, but nothing that concerned us regarding safety or health. To put it simply, it's a great value and a wonderful time if you allow it to be. The water park is fun for all of us. It's not a luxury hotel, so you can't expect it to compete on that level, but the staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and while it's not the fancy new water park hotel in Green Bay like it used to be, it's still a great time, and well worth the stop.

I do not often leave reviews, but if I could leave a zero star review, I would. I have never stayed at such an expensive resort that had truly rude and unfriendly staff, including SLEEPING lifeguards, or unclean facilities. Front desk personal were aloof and incredibly rude when asked to do their job. They make it well aware you are a bother to them. They also do not enforce protocols evenly either based on who is working the counter each shift. The women’s and family locker rooms OFTEN had completely unsanitary conditions. Toilets were full of feces and some smeared on the toilet, and I do not mean one toilet out of the bunch, I mean three out of five. Room conditions were also unsatisfactory. Blankets had holes and much of the room was in need of repair. And if you count on a mediocre amount of sleep, do not aim that high. Room walls were quite thin and you could hear all things happening both in next rooms as well as halls. I HIGHLY recommend you stay at a nearby hotel and then buy day passes to visit the park. Also, much of the information on the website is outdated. Facility hours like concessions are inaccurate as well as menu prices!

Convenient location! Fun water park for kids that are a little older. I brought 5 kids, ranging from ages 8 to 10, for a swimming birthday party. They absolutely loved Tundra Lodge!! And I just have to add Teresa, who was working at the front desk, and checked us in, was the loveliest, sweetest hotel worker that I've ever done business with!! She answered all my questions, and you can truly see that she loves her job! She is definitely the best asset at Tundra Lodge!! She definitely deserves a raise❣️

The indoor water park was great and the kids really enjoyed it. The room was fine and had what we needed. The beds were a bit too firm. That's likely just a personal opinion and not really a knock to the lodge. Overall, we were happy we chose this location for our stay.

Pretty decent place. The food was good, gotta give it to the bartender upstairs, he handled drinks and food all by himself! Man needs a raise, and so does the bartender in the pool. This was on 7/12/25. The only thing we didn't like was there was no air conditioning in the bar, game room, or throughout the hotel besides your room. Only stayed one night, hard to put together anything else. Will definitely return.
