What are people saying (AI review summary)? This pool elicits a range of opinions from visitors. Many appreciate it as a great pool for all ages, featuring fun fountains for children and good lap lanes for adults. Staff members, particularly Rigby, Daniel, and Emerson, are frequently praised for being helpful and mature, with the pool being well-managed by its teenage employees. The pricing is considered good, and amenities like the snack station (ice cream) and hot showers are positively noted. However, there are significant criticisms, including inconsistent operating hours and a lack of clear communication regarding opening times and early season access. A major point of contention is the frequent, perceived arbitrary early closures due to 'lightning' claims, even under clear skies, often without offering refunds. Other negative feedback mentions concerns about water quality (e.g., a 'micro turd' and an incident involving 'yellow water' causing a rash), a noisy environment (fountains and kids) leading to calls for more adult swim time, and various facility issues such as the pool needing to be deeper and bigger, incorrect change being given, expensive ice cubes, and expired shower soap. The scheduling of adult swim times, which restricts children's access, also causes frustration for some families.

Oh, wow what a great pool. The employees are all nice, especially Rigby, who was so helpful. This is my go-to pool now with fun things to do for all ages. The fountains are fun for the kids and the lap swim lane was good for me (a real adult) I am still surprised how mature and well these teenagers can manage a pool! I saw a little micro turd in the water but luckily no one saw it and we could keep swimming! The fountains were noisy and i could hardly hear my own thoughts, which is good because I don’t want to think about my sad life. Kids were loud too and I feel like they should have adult swim more often! My favorite lifeguard is Daniel. My second favorite is Emerson. Black haired lady gave me the wrong change. I love when we get out for lighting, especially seeing the happy faces on the employees when they get to close the pool early. Apparently they heard thunder but Weather bug said 67 miles away. I think the managers changes the weather to make the pool close. NEEDS TO BE DEEPER AND BIGGER. 10/10 pool in every aspect and even a great price to what I'm used to!
I was in the pool and once a yellow thing of water came around me everyone left the pool and i got a rash from the water but now it’s all good because the doctor (Daniel) gave me no more rash. But today rash come back but then saw Daniel again rash go bye bye, no mor resh. They also have ice cubes for 3 dollars a cube, and the bathroom water is amazing.they also have expired soap for the showers but is fun to play with like slime. 👁️🫦👁️🫱
This pool will only remind you after you purchase that kids can’t swim while the adults have their swim time, the kids can’t swim around 3:15 there will be blue skies around you no clouds they will tell you there’s lightning and you won’t get to swim. I will never spend money here again Basically, we couldn’t swim for 15 minutes because of the adult swim And we couldn’t swim because they claimed there was lightning, even though the skies were blue and they wouldn’t give are money back. We didn’t get to swim and we paid to swim. I will go somewhere else mountain Paradise is great.
Summer time is all about the pool and soaking in the sunshine! My daughters love this pool because of the snack station (ice Scream) and the hot water showers afterwards! It can get a little crowded. But we all get along
