I grew up with swimming pools and as an adult have had two above ground pools. We purchased a home two years ago with a large inground pool and it has a few odd ball quirks and was a bit intimidating from what I was used too. Ben came and explained everything to make sense of it all. We purchased a custom winter cover and have them open and close the pool every year. since. They are always friendly, helpful, on time and do a great job! Hands down the best pool company I have ever dealt! I strongly recommend Smith's Pool Service, you won't be disappointed. By the way if you have water problems, just follow their instructions , run your filter and don't cheap out.

I can't say enough about how awesome this family owned business is. I called them when I moved into new house with a pool. I had never owned a pool before. They were amazingly helpful. The showed me how to use all of the pool equipment. I could stop by the shop anytime when I had questions about maintaining the chemicals. They have opened and closed my pool ever since. When any of my equipment malfunctioned they came out pronto and gave me all of the options for fixing it. Their prices are reasonable. I would and have recommended them over and over.

First Class experience - they know what they are talking about. After weeks of spending a lot of money with a Pool and Spa vendor on Hendersonville Road to try and get a non-green pool, I walked into Smith's pool service and met this wonderful lady who knew exactly what the issue was, asked me if I could come back the following day as it was highly likely a mustard algae and I needed something called 'Yellow Quell'. I did so and within 24 hours the pool was blue and well on it's way to being perfect. I also described where we lived and she recalled from memory the pool and how they had actually serviced it since 1985. Unreal. First Class and thank you. Experience costs but it is invaluable

We have been using Smith's Pool Services for years and they have always done such an amazing job with opening our pool each year to being able to provide feedback on the best care for our pool. They are very kind and always do their best to help. Last year we had a new liner put in our pool by Smith's Pool. They done an awesome job and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
