I had such a great stay at the Ashore Hotel! The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and welcoming, with lots of thoughtful little touches that make it feel unique compared to a standard hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the ocean and close to all the fun in downtown Seaside. A big plus is that they offer a EV charging station, which made traveling with my electric car so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, everything was easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a spot in Seaside that’s both comfortable and has character, Ashore Hotel is definitely the place to stay. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Great hotel close to the beach. We only stayed 1 night, but the experience was great! Service was awesome, room was the perfect size for us, a family of 3. Pool was warm and it felt wonderful after a day of travel. The bar onsite is great, and being able to order breakfast to your room was a definite perk. The only negative thing we have regarding the room was the air conditioner....it was noisy! Other than that, the experience was great!

I really enjoyed my visit and the layout of the room. It was like a cabin on the inside and it had bunk beds! I think that that was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location and it was close to the beach and the shopping area! I liked the atmosphere. I personally think that they're slogan should be "All Ashore!"

This is a funky little hotel with amazing rooms! My son & I stayed one night while driving up the entire Oregon coast. What a gem! The staff is incredibly nice. The room was very comfortable & clean. Would absolutely come back! I loved the pride flags & inclusivity.

A Bed, a Bullet Hole, and a Butter Knife – My Stay in a Nutshell From the outside, the hotel looks… fine. Nothing to write home about, but hey, I’ve stayed in worse. Then you get to the front office, which looks like it was built during a lunch break and never quite finished. Still holding out hope, I checked in. The room? Think budget industrial with a splash of “we tried.” No overhead lighting, just mood lighting — and by “mood,” I mean “dim and mysterious.” The curtains were so bleached they looked like they’d been through several breakups, and yes, there was a bullet hole in the door. Not patched. Not explained. Just there, like a very aggressive Yelp review in physical form. Now, the bed? That’s the real MVP. Super comfy. Honestly, the bed deserves its own star on the rating system. If I could’ve carried it out with me, I would’ve. The complimentary breakfast is… technically food. Two croissants, two yogurts, some thinly sliced apples, and a few grapes. The cutlery pack included a butter knife and a fork — no spoon. So unless you’re into drinking yogurt like a shot or spearing grapes like a caveman, good luck. As for the front desk staff, the guy answered the phone like he was annoyed someone interrupted his nap. Just a casual “hello” with big what-do-you-want energy. Between that and the language barrier, I wasn’t sure if I was checking in or being pranked. Overall? Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but definitely not the best. A few fixes — and maybe a spoon — wouldn’t hurt.
