On a scale of one to 10 I would give this place a two -One the worst motels I've ever stayed in. No hot water multiple times,most of the time. No maid service on the first day, two wash cloths for four people?They call it a fully stocked kitchen? With a few odds and ends. They request that you wash the dishes before you leave, but there's nothing to wash them with, stained pillows that are disgusting and should've been replaced long ago same with the pillowcase covers and the mattress pads. no fan or ventilation in a tiny bathroom with swollen doors that did not close Non working outlets/ The pool featured on the website wasn't operational and The complex look nothing like the pictures on the website.
This is our only place to stay while in Wildwood. We've been staying here since the last owner years ago. Angie who has owns it now for many years is on top of everything. The rooms are clean, we stay in a small room seeing its just 2 of us. The room has everything you need to be comfortable. Building 1 is at the boardwalk you can sit on the upper patio and watch everyone walking on the boardwalk and view the beautiful beach. The staff is so welcoming and efficient. Theresa in housekeeping has been there since the previous owner. She is so sweet it was our pleasure to chat with her all week. Can't say enough positive feedback on our 9 day stay. Easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Couldn't get a better convenient location. It's been over 20 years of our Summer visits and never disappoints. Highly recommend.
Great location — just a quick walk to the beach and Boardwalk. The room was very clean, which I appreciated. However, there was no hot water during our entire stay, which really affected our experience. Limited working outlets and no elevator also made things less convenient. Clean and well-located, but not very comfortable overall.
Right on the beach! The room was clean and service was great! Our DVD player wasn’t working and staff was so quick to accommodate and give us a new one. The upstairs pool is closed but you can still go up and the view is amazing. Absolutely amazing stay and can’t wait to come back next year. Only 4 stars on the room because it’s very tiny.

Guest concerns were brushed off without empathy or accountability. • No Hot Water for Two Days: • There was no hot water for 48 hours, and the response was appalling. When I asked for a discount at checkout, I was told I should’ve complained the day before—as if staying polite was a mistake. Other guests who complained earlier were compensated. If you didn’t confront them aggressively, you were out of luck. • This “you should’ve complained sooner” excuse felt deeply unfair and unprofessional. • Closed Rooftop Pool (Undisclosed): • The rooftop pool—a main attraction—was closed for construction the entire time.
