I have been renting Unit 103 for several years now and always enjoy our stay. The unit is beautifully furnished, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is great when two women are getting ready to go out! There is a fully furnished kitchen and full sized refrigerator if you want to cook. 103 has a nice view of the ocean and a balcony with chairs that is wonderful to start your morning with a cup of coffee. The condo also gives you wristbands to the pool which is privately owned. The pool has a bar and music which overlooks the ocean. Mary and John who are the owners of the condo are a pleasure to work with. They are always available by phone if you need anything because they want you to enjoy your stay and to come back. In previous years, the condos had a management company which the owners of all the condos fired and now you book directly with the owners which is such a pleasure! I already booked my reservation for next year! You won’t be disappointed with your stay in Unit 103. Thanks again Mary & John for another memorable stay this year!

AMAZING OCEAN VIEW! Plus it overlooks the pool and huge outdoor bar! The condo was super clean and walking distance to all the bars, beach and seawall! You cannot beat the price for the location! The condo is updated and in great condition! Can't wait to come back !

This is our second time staying at the Champagne Island Resort Condos and have had a wonderful experience both times! The rooms are very clean and spacious and the process for checking in/out is easy and efficient. The outdoor balcony gives an amazing view of the ocean and is a great place to end the night with friends and family! The pool plays great music during the day and is a great place to spend a non beach day, with a bar and restaurant there as well. This building is also in a great location - easy walk to the inlet and beach. Plenty of restaurants or take out in walking distance and there is a wawa and liquor store around the corner! You will definitely experience the liveliness of this area but we did not have any issues with volume, especially at night. The staff and owners were also extremely receptive and quick to respond to any requests. My family and I are planning annual visits to Wildwood and will continue to stay here!

Probably one of the only places even worth staying at in wildwood that isn't one of the street condos. Your preference for the location can be circumstantial. If you want to be where the bar strip is, CIRC is awesome. If you want to stay close to the boardwalk, then it isn't. However, it's probably the only place I've ever stayed at in Wildwood that has a real stove, spacious room, AND a private balcony. The pool bar is also pretty cool, and it's right above Flip Flopz, which has excellent food. I stayed here last year for BCMF, and while it may have been somewhat inconvenient getting to the concert, I probably wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Wildwood. I've been to many motels in Wildwood over the course of my life, and this one is by far the best.

Stayed here for the Anglesea Blues Festival/NJ BBQ Championship. Beautiful condo in the heart of North Wildwood! Walking distance to everything going on! Short walk to the Sea Wall, Hereford Inlet Lighthouse, etc. Clean, well maintained, great WiFi, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Host was great too-provided timely, detailed check-in info, promptly responded to any message sent. Looking forward to my next stay!!! If you stay here, be sure to check out the Lighthouse at night-it’s beautiful!
