I had a great experience with the service/sales department at Klenswite pool & spa. Tim and Rocco were extremely helpful in helping me choose a pool robot. If you want a quality robot from Dolphin(Maytronics) or Polaris, this is the place to go.Highly recommended!

We have been dealing with Klenswite over the years. They are a great company to deal with. Anytime we needed help they were here to help us. They always open and close our pools. They are great employees especially Kim, Anthony, Will, Chuck, Mike. I hope I’m not forgetting anyone. Everyone is always professional and knows what they are doing. So if you are looking for good pool services I highly recommend them. They are a great company.

We have had so much work done by Klenswite in the 3 years of living down here and have been incredibly appreciative - but have to say that I am incredibly disappointed in how they recently handled a situation. Made me feel that the money we have spent there has not been appreciated. ** As a follow up - to the owner's response - as I feel they need to understand 'my position' ** I do feel that it would only be correct to inform a customer when they call about an issue and Klenswite states they will send out a technician that the customer is informed upfront that there will be a service call charge (of $170 + taxes) if the technician finds out that the problem is not a result of their work. We had not only a new Heater but a new Filter installed and did not expereicne issues until the work was completed. We were always told if you have any issues please reach back out to us - thus why we did. We were never informed that there be a charge in any way, shape or form. Allow a few weeks to pass where I followed up with a phone call cause the Invoice came as a surprise and had 'ZERO' detail on the Invoice. I called and got an employee whose name began with a 'B'. She would not let me speak with Kim (who is one of the best employees you could imagine having working for you and she knows how to speak with people and feel appreciated) was very short and told me that this is why I should have paid upfront so she would not have to deal with this situation. (To me that sounds like an internal issue and not an issue a customer should have to deal with) I said I would call back cause I was very upset and was not ready to pay the Invoice thinking that you and your team would do what is right. I called back and got employee 'B' again and she was just as short with me (and was not the easiest to deal with) and said that since I was just unhappy - she would have Service call me back. This was on a Wednesday. I had to email on Monday (5 days later) because I still did not get a follow-up. I then did get the call from service where the gentleman was extremely short, unapologetic and told me he didn't care if I spent $20 or $20,000 I am responsible for that bill. The response from your team is why I feel unappreciated with the money I have spent with Klenswite.

Took our money in May, scheduled us a month later. Gave instructions to us and ignored our follow up email they asked us to send. Sent 2 guys out who told us the pool needed more water and they’d come back. Wouldn’t say when. We called, they said Thursday. Didn’t show up as promised, then claimed we weren’t on the schedule. Wouldn’t commit to when they would come back. I started to complain, Kim cut me off mid-sentence and said “we’ll just refund your money”. The whole refund process was a headache as well, service manager said we “were acting like children”. We are expecting a call from Michele the owner. We aren’t holding our breath. Update: We received a very helpful call from Michele, and a follow-up call 2 days later. The refund was processed and we were given some advice on getting the pool opened ourselves. Update 2025: I have had a few good interactions with Klenswite since, so upgrading the review score.
