We love the staff and the programs, but this location needs to be cleaned better. The floors need scrubbing with bleach badly. There is mildew and mold around the pool, showers, and changing room floors.

Our son has loved Goldfish Swim School. He has transitioned through a few levels and all instructors have been very patient and positive. Everything has been age appropriate, fun, and interactive. Staff has always been helpful when we’ve needed to make changes to our lessons. Thank you for a great experience!

My children have only been taking lessons for a few months, but I have already seen a tremendous increase in their skill and confidence, going from clutching the instructor to swimming independently. Teachers are patient and helpful, the facility is always immaculate, and the front desk staff are friendly and consistently helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here!

Everything was great with my child’s instructors. It’s the communication and professional etiquette that I wish was more thorough when it comes to making adjustments to lessons. The staff was helpful and friendly but there were questions that the staff did not know the answer to and needed to consult with the general manager. Instead of the GM speaking directly with me messages were relayed between her, myself and two other employees. I would have preferred the GM take time to speak with me so that accurate information would be provided in a timely manner and the best decision for my child’s situation could have been made.

I highly recommend this place! It’s a little on the pricier side but way worth what you pay for! The facility is very impressive and my child loves his experiences! He talks about it nonstop! It is such a good stress free environment for parents and kids.
