I really enjoy my stays here. Staff is very pleasant and welcoming. I didn't have to interact a lot with staff. The rooms were very nice. Love the showers. I wish I near an elevator knee issues. But overall 5 star resort. Will be back

Room wasn't ready at reservation time. Check in desk staff were lacking motivation. Kept saying they would "text when room was ready". Never did. My husband had to speak to a manager. Upgraded to a suite. Gorgeous bathtub with a broken nozzle I cut my finger on. Ugly view but the room was clean. Casino is very run down.

I been coming for years and you take the money you give me on free play and the money I bring. What's that about? And even on quick hits, it's always gone give you the same hand every time. Card holders like me, cards are set to play a certain way. No matter what machine you play. Really!!

We had a wonderful visit and stay at windcreek Montgomery. The staff at check at valet and check in was great. I have to speak highly of check in staff at hotel because there was a very rude man staying at hotel that came down interrupted my check in and cussed them badly over bottled water. They handled it like the professionals they were hired to be. I was very well satisfied but myself now did not like the man doing what he done. He should have been removed and banned if you ask me. So I give them 5 stars.
