Just need a little more TLC for upkeep. Broken gate there is trash everywhere and the blue soft whatever it is needs to be respread

This hoa stinks play ground is not safe,its broken and kids can fall off.pool stinks causeu can't get in most of the time. Who ever is responsible for hoa round hear sucks

It might as well be called the "Fern Hall/section 8" pool...... Enforcement of the pool policies and rules are virtually nonexistent. The management company that employs kids as the "enforcers " just sit and watch the pool get overloaded with kids/punks/nonresidents from communities outside of the Knolls.... Besides, it's just an oversized kiddy piss pool....
