Sarah did an excellent job with two of my dogs and I will now bring her my 3rd. She is just the right fit for this job! You will be so happy with her and they don't overcharge here! It is actually affordable.

I've had dogs my whole life and this is the first time I've had to board one so I was super anxious about doing so. Everyone at White knoll was great to us and more importantly my dog loved them all. We will be using them for any future needs..! Thank you guys for taking great care of Daphne. We also use the veterinary services at White knoll who have been great as well. Especially being a new patient. They were able to see us quickly and take care of all the concerns I had.

White Knoll is such a wonderful place - daycare and vet office. After rescuing Banksy as a stray, they helped her grow and be an energetic puppy in a safe environment. It stinks that they have to pull back on services because of staffing issues. I'm very grateful for them! Also, her first day was Halloween, and I got the best picture from them of her in her costume!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE TO BE BOARDED!! YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I AM!! I made a reservation for my 2 large dogs in February to be boarded here April 8th - 16th. I was quoted $490 for a week's stay in a suite. I dropped my babies off that morning. When bringing in their beds I was led back to them. They were in a 3 x 5 kennel, definitely not a suite. I remained in their lobby for almost an hour until the manager moved them into a suite. I literally cried to her and begged her not to move them back into the tiny kennel. I had prepackaged every meal for both dogs and brought toys. I asked a family friend to pick them up a day early because I missed them so much. Upon arrival he was handed both dogs at once (these are 2 large, strong dogs), he was given both their beds soaked in urine, and a bag which contained all their food bags including one set of bags that had been fed (see picture). Neither dog had been given their complimentary bath that I was told by the manager that was to have been completed before picking them up. Both dogs lost a considerable amount of weight in 7 days. Their harnesses are very loose in comparison to the day I dropped them at this facility. The owner admitted to Animal Control they had not been fed for days. I was still on the road so I called to make payment for their stay when they were being picked up. Lexi, the VERY RUDE receptionist, told me I owed $790. I was flabbergasted! I explained I was quoted $490 and it should be less because they were being picked up a day early. Needless to say I told her I was calling the manager to discuss this. The manager would not answer the phone nor would she respond to my text messages about the way my dogs had been treated. So...this morning (4/17/23) I got a call from the owner, Kevin Johnson. He wanted to know why I hadn't paid my bill. I tried to explain everything to him but his only concern was payment. He said I signed a contract and he was going to "persecute" me. I told him I'd gladly see him in court! My dogs were treated so badly I cannot wait to show a judge all they did wrong to my babies. They should be shut down for neglect! These are all true facts. Wish someone would inform Kevin what the definition of slander is lol! He admitted to Animal Control that my dogs were not fed for "days", that they did return my dogs & their bedding covered in urine, and were not given their complimentary baths. How is that a "glowing" report?

Left my dog here for 4 nights. When I picked him up he wasn’t groomed yet but thank goodness we picked him up. His scrotum was so swollen and infected we had to rush him to our vet and pay a $300 bill for medicine. I paid extra for the resort to have play sessions with him. Nobody told me my dog was having problems. This place probably didn’t even give him any attention because how would they not notice him obsessively licking and hurting himself???? I’m so mad. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! None of the workers seem happy or like animal lovers. They just take your money and stuff your pet in a cage. Waiting for the manager to call me but I doubt that will happen!!!
