I was looking forward to PT here. The woman at the reception desk that I talked to the first was very friendly and informative. The PT I worked with was also very nice. She warned me that it was going to be difficult and painful. While setting up a schedule there was a woman on the computer that had an attitude. I ignored her. The day of my first appointment was very challenging and painful. I was about 10 minutes late. I was asked if my appointment was at 1:30, I said "Yes. She snapped that I needed to reschedule my appointment. I argued with her. I knew it took about 10 minutes to drive there. She probably saw me park and how long it took for me to get in their door. I finally said fine, cancel it and cancel all the rest. I had no intention of dealing with her for the next 6 weeks. I turned to walk out and pulled my phone out and looked at the time. Sure enough it was not 1:45 yet. If only i had checked my phone when I walked.

Texas Orthopedics (Austin, TX) recommended Garner & Riley to me as a local option, due to me being a resident of Bastrop, for shoulder therapy (two minor tears). Scott Riley and Pedro Guerrero were instrumental in my rehabilitation and I'm grateful for everything they did to release me back into the wild. I'd definitely recommend Garner & Riley for any rehabilitation needs in the Bastrop area. Nice facility, great customer service, and effective methods of treatment.

They are taking real good care of me when I came i was really scared didn't know how to take it .worrying about affording the services but McKenzie and zhane made me feel better they belive in me im so glad for this place with my neck injury and helping me take the steps to get stronger with my cebralpalsy . I have been coming off and on since 2012 after an ankle surgery. Since I have gotten a new injury my care team has been amazing. Zhane set me up with a treatment plan to get my as close to corrective care as possible. Second Austin was more than helpful on my second visit with getting me comfortable with my stretches and therapies. Lastly I can not give enough Kudos to Tim Garner! Over the last 12 years he has always been very welcoming and friendly. This place really feels like a a family and at home vibe. I highly recommend this facility

All the staff here are friendly and helpful. The physical therapists are educated and friendly. You can tell they care.
