Great venue and grounds! The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The clubhouse was also clean(with the exception of the kitchen). The main area of the clubhouse was very spacious and the pavilion off the back of it was huge. Easy access to the river and the amenities offered at Summit. Great experience!

This was my second year staying at Summit and I will most definitely be back next summer. The amenities are top notch: the pool, the mini golf, the pavilion. The cabins are amazing. I stayed in the larger cabins last year and the riverside ones this year. Both were beautiful, cozy, and clean. The scenery is unmatched. The staff is friendly. The pricing is fair. I would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Our family had a great experience at Summit Vacation & RV Resort! We had a large group—around 40 people—and the property worked well for our needs. It’s a cute, quaint place with a fun little mini golf course and some unique local charm (like the turkeys next door, which kept both kids and adults entertained). We stayed in the front cabin, which felt a bit more updated compared to some of the more primitive cabins in the back. I couldn’t find silverware in our unit—maybe that was noted somewhere in the rental info, but my husband booked it so I’m not sure. One hiccup during our stay: someone rented the clubhouse by the pool one day and was smoking weed. Fortunately, our kids didn’t recognize the smell, but it was something we weren’t expecting. That aside, the rest of our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a group getaway with a relaxed, family-friendly vibe.

Great location and easy access to the river. River front cabins are small but you don’t spend a lot of time them so it doesn’t matter. Outdoor gills are small too so bring extras or plan to use multiple. Overall we have visited 3 times and would consider again.

This place is great to stay to be close to the Guadalupe River. We come back every year and always have an amazing time. The Riverside Cabins are cozy and aren't too far from the water. It’s the perfect spot to kick back and relax for a few days.
