I hired Raymond for a home inspection. The report was well written and comprensive. The fee was reasonable. Raymond states in the report he was available for questions after the inspection. I did contact Raymond several times over the following few weeks and he was always easy to reach and willing to help with my questions. I highly recommend Michael Beasley Home Inspections.

Raymond and his team were very flexible and responsive from Day 1. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home in Bakersfield, CA. Due to the on-going pandemic, we are not able to travel to Bakersfield. We are yet to see the home in person. Hence, Raymond and his team are our eyes in Bakersfield. His team conducted a thorough/extensive inspection and follow-up of the home. His team identified issues that were missed during an initial walk-through. The issues identified were greatly appreciated. Critical issues will need to be resolved before closing. If Raymond did not conduct the inspection, we would have closed with critical issues open from the builder. The report was well written and easy to follow. I totally recommend Beasley Home Inspection. Great work!!!!

When it comes to a helpful and honest home inspection done professionally, Raymond is the guy you want. He referred us to other professionals for repairs needed after completing the inspection. I was very pleased with Beasley Home Inspection's services from the initial phone call to the completion of the inspection. Mr. Beasley was punctual, professional and friendly. He pointed out repairs that needed attention including larger and minor issues. I appreciated his demeanor as he went about his inspection. We are getting the house ready to put on the market, including painting, carpeting estimates, etc. Since I travelled in from out of state, I had a short time frame to accomplish a lot. Needless to say we had quite a bit of activity at the house during the time he was doing his inspection. He seemed to float seamlessly through the interior as if we were not there. He remained calm. It was a pleasure working with Ray. I highly recommend him for your inspection needs.

My wife and I closed on our first home but before even considering moving forward with the buying process we wanted the home to be inspected since it was built over 30 years ago. I looked through different inspectors in our area but Beasley Home Inspection was the only one to be listed as ASHI certified. During the inspection Raymond Beasley was very helpful in explaining everything out to us in person and then thoroughly documenting everything in the report he gave us. The peace of mind that came with the inspection is priceless and I can't recommend his services enough.
