What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews highlight several issues, including rude and overzealous lifeguards, particularly concerning rule enforcement. There's significant dissatisfaction with swimming lessons, citing a lack of structure, children being passed without mastering skills, and then being pushed back to lower levels, leading to accusations of a 'money grab.' Operational problems are also noted, such as incorrect posted hours leading to early closures and wasted visits. Furthermore, a general lack of rule enforcement by lifeguards is observed, particularly in the lap lanes, raising safety concerns due to unsupervised play and dangerous activities. Some users also feel the facility closes too early.

I did not enjoy the attitude that the way older lifeguard lady gave, I'm sorry but she is really very rude at explain rules and policies. She dares telling my dtr over and over to show her the label on her shirt after I told her, no it's not cotton. That lady needs to get a life, she acts like she is the queen bee. SMH

Don't bother signing up you kids for the swimming lessons. No structure. My kids were given a certificate for passing level two and this year they did not honor the certificate and pushed them back to level two when I had paid for level 3. They got pushed back due to not knowing skills that were not taught last year.. WHY PASS THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! will not be returning for lessons. Seems like a money grab in order to keep parents for paying the same lessons over and over again.

No structure. The lap lane is full of kids playing, people swimming in all direction and I just seen two boys doing cartwheel from the side. During the swim lesson all kids did was kick in the pool. SMH. I can see it's a matter of time before someone gets hurt. Lifeguards need to be better at enforcing the rules.

The close too early. I think they should at least close at 6pm because that’s when people go.
