What are people saying (AI review summary)? This pool is generally praised for being affordable, spacious, and having fun features like a diving board and slides. Staff are described as friendly by some, and recent updates in Summer 2024 have improved hours, which is a positive change. However, there are significant negative points: the bathrooms are consistently reported as extremely dirty and unmaintained. There are also concerns about pool cleanliness, with some reviews stating it's dirty while others find it clean. Lifeguard supervision is a major issue, with reports of them being inattentive, on their phones, and not ensuring safety or stocking facilities, leading to concerns for children's safety. The pool's operating hours are a frequent complaint, specifically its closure on weekends and early closing times, which disappoints families who work during the week. Additionally, there is no dedicated shallow area for small children, as the pool depth ranges from 3 ft to 10 ft.
Reviews
The Good: This place is very affordable and spacious. Had no issues with the staff; The diving board and the slides were fun. The Bad: the bathrooms were utterly disgusting. It feels like they've never cleaned those restrooms since opening day.
This used to be a good pool. Now it’s dirty every time you go. We constantly had to remind lifeguards to stock facilities. And they will have 5-6 lifeguards but only two watching the pool. For your kids safety go elsewhere. The teenagers running the pool are awful as well! They spend more time on their phones than watching the pool
EDIT: in summer 2024, the hours have been much, much better. THANK YOU!! I cannot believe the pool is closed on the WEEKENDS. Seriously???? Why not only open it on the weekends? Very disappointed! Most people work Monday through Friday. I was looking forward to coming to the pool with my family this summer, but I WORK. Whoever made that stupid decision should be fired.
Closes to early, also has no place for small children to swim. Pool goes from 3 ft at one end to 5' to 7' to 10' then 7'to 5' to 3', other than that the pool is really clean and good for adults and mid aged kids and older.
Love this pool! Very friendly and inexpensive
