What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility is highlighted for its clean, well-maintained, zero-entry pool, which is particularly popular with small children. While there was a highly-rated, modern, and fenced playground, it has reportedly been torn down by the city. Customer experiences are mixed, with significant complaints about lifeguards being overly strict, whistle-happy, and enforcing restrictive rules, alongside inconvenient free swim hours.

Wonderful modern and playground next to the pool. The pool is also zero entry, perfect for small children. The playground includes all the equipment any decent playground should. Well kept and clean. Plus it is fenced in so the little ones don’t wander off.
Pool is nice but the lifeguards are on a powertrip and love to blow the whistle. Hours of free swim are inconvenient. Wasn't able to parent and teach child because they wouldn't let us take our toddler, who was in a life jacket out past the second section. Been twice and haven't been happy with a visit yet.
Very clean and nice place to play
It was a nice playground until the city tore it down this week
My wee ones love this pool with Zero Entry! Well maintained and monitored!
