Over crowded, hot tub water is barely warm, and the lines are way too long for every slide. We waited 10-15 minutes for the hurricane slide, and we didn't move. The kids couldn't handle it so we walked back down. I'm very disappointed in the hotel and we probably won't come back

Of course, it's going to be crowded during the season and weekends. The only issue I have is that the floor of the indoor pools is rough, especially for the little ones. The lazy pool was nice but some people are rude and leave their floats in there which will crowd the river and also it's called a lazy river for a reason...if you wanna race, go run outside. It's not very handicap accessible. They even have tubes with bottom for your little ones.

The hurricane is awesome! Up to 4 people can go on at a time and the weight limit is 650 lbs. I recommend getting as close to the weight limit as possible if you want to catch serious air in the slide!!

Great indoor water park. Several slides to choose from. Very large hot tub. Our family enjoyed it. Plenty for the young kids to do.

We love the hurricane! They lazy river is great but it’d be better if it had some spray features or waterfalls. I also really like the 2 person tube slide.
