Just got my new Pace Hot Springs hot tub from the Pool Store. Love it! The delivery & setup team did a great job getting it up on a 5'7"-tall porch.

The young gentleman helping us today was professional and helpful. He did a water test and got us set up with what we needed to get our pool ready for the season. They do free water tests and have a great inventory of products, pool and spa equipment ECT. They also have hot tubs on display. Our go to place for everything we need for our pool

This is a spectacular locally owned business! The staff is super knowledgeable and amazingly helpful! We went in with a pool full of algae, they hooked us up with everything we would need and a list of instructions so we would know what order to put our chemicals in the pool. Our pool was completely cleared up in just a couple hours. I cannot say enough about how pleased we have been with our experiences with this business. We are super thankful to have them in Batesville!

Called with an issue with my acquit chemicals and young lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about pool chemicals and what to do. Going to make this my store to buy bacquil products. Very nice even though I haven’t bought from them. But will now❤️

Cant say enough good things about The Pool Store. I was in a pinch and they went out of their way to talk me through some processes rather than try to charge me for a service. They also made a special trip out to assist me when I needed it. These are great people and will be using their services exclusively going forward.
