Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre, located at 9145 Corbould St #1, Chilliwack, BC, is a comprehensive recreational facility offering a variety of aquatic and fitness amenities. It features a 25-meter lap pool, a leisure pool with a lazy river and spray features, a hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a fitness centre with dedicated areas for weights, cardio, and fitness classes. The centre also includes a gymnasium and multipurpose rooms, catering to a wide range of community activities and well-being.
The facility maintains specific temperatures for its aquatic features: the Lap Pool is kept at 28.5°C (83°F), the Leisure Pool at 32.2°C (90°F), and the Hot Tub at 40°C (104°F). Additionally, the Steam Room operates at 45°C (113°F) and the Sauna at 80°C (176°F).
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility offers a highly recommended water park and spray park, lauded as fun and refreshing for hot days, featuring a lazy river, family hot tub, and available life jackets. There's also a diverse, multi-themed playground with a rubber bike track, concession stand, and free parking. While the gym boasts new, well-outfitted equipment, it is severely criticized for a complete lack of cleaning stations, which one user believes led to a serious stomach virus. Other general positives include friendly staff, nice showers, long hours, and lots of activities. However, the pool area can be busy, and one review noted a temporary closure (reopening August 30th) with an unupdated website, while also advising bringing a first aid kit for the water park's cement ground.

Pools are all closed. Reopening August 30th. Looked nice though but they should update website.
The water park is amazing! So much fun in the summer. A free refreshing activity for a hot day with the littles. I’d recommend remembering to bring a little first aid kit as it is cement ground and falls are bound to happen. The pool is usually busy but still fun for sure, there’s a nice lazy river and family hot tub too. They have loads of life jackets for kids and some floaties and foam noodles. The staff have been friendly over the years so far no bad experiences at all. Highly recommend checking out everything this place has to offer! :)
I'll preface this and say that my wife and kids really like the pool...my review is about the gym that comes with a side of violent diarrhea. I was pleasantly surprised when I first got there as the gym is very well outfitted with all brand new equipment. However, I came to realize that there were ZERO cleaning stations. There was one empty spray bottle, and a couple paper towel machines (most of which were empty). I've honestly never encountered this in a gym before, especially post-pandemic. It's really disgusting using equipment that is covered in other people's sweat and god knows what else...gyms are the perfect breeding ground for bacteria. I should have walked out right then, but I decided to just get through my workout...big mistake. Within about 36 hours of visiting this gym I found myself with a horrendous stomach virus. I haven't been that sick in years. And I will say this, I had spent the entire weekend with 10 family members, we ate all the same foods, went all the same places, were together constantly....except when they went to the pool, and I went to this gym. I was the only one who got sick. Not likely a coincidence.
Children will love Multi-themed playground. There is construction theme, tall slide and ship dragon toddler section. There is also a rubber bike track called Pump track nearby and water spray park. Has Washroom outside. Concession stand. Plenty of free parking.
Lots to do here, great swim pool, lots of fitness equipment, nice showers and long hours. I love this place
