The only public pool that's only open to the public for an hour and a half a day. Then 4 hours a day it's rented out by people who can afford it. The rest of the time, they make money on classes. It's definitely not for family recreation. This is why we drive to Bend and go to Juniper. They are always open to the public for family fun.

I am from out of town and brought my two young daughters to swim at the outside pools. I was very disturbed to find what looked like a homeless junkie walking around filming all the children. I asked him not to film my kids which angered him so he filmed them more. I tried to talk to a staff member but they informed me he was a member and since I was not if I had a problem I could just leave. We did just that. Before leaving the junkie came over to my sitting area while I was packing up, eating a piece of pizza, and informed me that if wanted to purchase the footage of my kids he would be willing to sell it to me otherwise he would be posting the video on YouTube. He told me he regularly films children here and makes his living posting these videos online. Before I walked off disgusted I took the man's photo to post with this review and h because very upset I didn't get his permission. How ironic. We'll never come back here because it doesn't seem safe.

Here's the deal, it's just old. Other than that, it's a great pool with fantastic staff! Water temp is great for lap swimming. Its not great for littles, but they offer tons of life vests. Hot tub is nice, not too hot. Guards are attentive. They do offer very, very good swimming lessons for a good price. I've put my kids in multiple times and will continue to do so! They have a discount for local residence, which I appreciate! Register early, because they do fill up extremely fast!
