The water park is well priced and they have a good variety of stuff based on ages. I really enjoyed the wave pool however our teenager loved the tube slide. My toddler was obsessed with the climbing rope to the toddler waterslide.

We recently visited there and had a mostly positive experience. The atmosphere is great for families. However, we did encounter an issue with overcharging on our bill. When I brought it up, the General Manager handled the situation professionally and promptly issued a refund. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue were truly appreciated. While the billing mistake was disappointing, the way management addressed it shows they value customer satisfaction. We would consider returning and recommend this place to others, especially families.

My family loves this place. The season pass is so worth it. We come at least twice a week and are treated like family. All the staff is wonderful. The lifeguards are attentive and kind yet make kids follow the rules. The food isn’t bad for a waterslide park. Pizza tastes fresh and delicious. Highly recommend if you have the chance to visit.

The price was high for what this place had to offer, 3 of their 5 water slides and the activity pool are out of service. No wifi if you're wanting to get some work done while kids play and the cafe was closed when it's supposed to be open with no reason listed. We were really disappointed with it. Kids were bored within the hour. However, it did keep them occupied for that hour. Had we been told at the front that there were things out of order we wouldn't have gone and done something else and returned another time. Hopefully to have found everything working... and not be disappointed. I'm sure when all is up and running it's a great place for a day.

The REEF was great. We were there 6/9 to 6/12. We had some really great staff there. Jack was a big help to the kids on safety and the waterside. All the kids had a great time. Wave pool was awesome also. Thank you Jack. -Corey
