We have been seeing Dr Edwards for several months.my husband had back pain for most of his life.He is now without any back pain. Our quality of life has improved significantly.my husband and I are so thankful for the excellent care we have received. The Dr. is very serious and professional,He and his staff are the best. A newer built YMCA and it shows, the facilities are all really nice, they get in new equipment fairly frequently, have tons of workout classes, great instructor (Coco, I love you) and the pool even gets a bubble in the winter so you can swim or do water aerobics all year round! I also really enjoy the hot tub and sauna rooms available for use, such a luxury to have at a YMCA!

I started as a member of YMCA Hoover for almost a year before joining the Child Watch team. Getting to know the behind-the-scenes operations was a great experience. Alexa and Joy do an amazing job as leaders, ensuring proper orientation, child safety, and protection. Most of the toys are cleaned with soap and water after each shift, maintaining a safe environment for the kids. I deeply appreciate Alexa for her love, redirection, support, acknowledgment, and the responsibility she brings to her job. She always encourages us to give our best. My son also attends Child Watch while I work out, and I have complete peace of mind knowing he is in good hands with the dedicated team. I truly hope the community recognizes and values the hard work put into caring for these children. Thank you to the incredible people who make this a great place! Aquatics team are amazing, front desk is always welcoming people, classes always offer their best professionals. Great place to bring your family. I do recommend it.

Plenty of fitness classes. Equipment is in great condition. Walking track upstairs. Steam room is huge… male/female Women dressing room is huge. Lots of lockers and showers. Always clean. My only concern so far is the parking. They do not monitor who parks in handicap parking. I even noticed members of their staff parking in disabled parking spots with no placard or handicap plates. I think they should do a better job at monitoring this because there are lots of disabled members who attend The Y and they are forced to walk from the back of the parking lot .
