The motor on my pool pump was making a very loud noise. I needed it replaced but was having no luck finding a company that could get to it. I called Pool Escapes, after having a friend recommend them. After talking with Patrick, sending him the info on the motor and on my salt cell, he quickly sent me a quote for the work. He also assured me that he would be able to get to it within 2 weeks. At that time, I asked him to please put us on his calendar, which he did, AND he actually came within the two week period and replaced all that was needed. He also took time to answer ALL of the questions that I asked of him regarding my pool. He didn’t act rushed or aggravated that I had so many questions and he was very thorough with his answers. I truly appreciate and I’m very happy with the work that he did for us. There is no more motor noise and my pool is sparkling clean. I highly recommend Pool Escapes!!!

We were looking for a company to replace the liner in our in ground pool. Pool Eacapes was recommended to me by a friend who uses them. I reached out via text message. Patrick responded quickly, gave me a rough quote (sight unseen) and sent me a huge selection of liners to choose from. I picked a liner, we agreed on a price, and three weeks later we have a new liner installed, ready for summer. Patrick was excellent at communicating, showed up on time, everytime he said he’d be here, cleaned up the mess when they were leaving and was so polite and courteous! We couldn’t be happier with the job he and his crew did! 😎
