What are people saying (AI review summary)? Guests consistently report a highly negative experience characterized by significant cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues. Common complaints include bug bites, unsanitary conditions in rooms and common areas (e.g., dirty pool, dusty chandeliers, potential bloodstains), and general disrepair such as non-operational saunas, broken AC units, faulty microwaves, and noisy beds/pillows. Safety is a major concern, with incidents ranging from a child sustaining injuries in the waterpark due to slippery surfaces, unsupervised dangerous activities in the pool, excessive chlorine leading to rashes, and an unleashed aggressive dog in the hallways. Customer service is frequently criticized for being unresponsive, unhelpful, or rude, particularly regarding requests for towels or room issues. Misleading online pictures, poor soundproofing, and recurring fire alarms further detract from the overall guest experience, which many feel is overpriced for the quality provided.

Bugs! Stayed 3 nights. Should have bailed after 3 minutes. My daughter woke up with bug bites all down her arm. Pictures are not representative of the actual rooms, pool area, ballroom, etc... The sauna, though advertised as available is no longer operational. The pool area is in dismay and dirty. Housekeeping WILL NOT refresh towels, bed sheets, garbage, etc even when requested. Chandeliers in the ballroom have layers of dust and grime built up on them as though they have been abandoned. The air is damp throughout the hallways. No towels are provided in the Poole area you must walk to front desk to get them. I see "management" responds to many of these negative reviews....how about management gets up and does their job rather than put their head in a hole and ignore what needs to be done? I have a college friend that performs health inspections on hotels.....he will be stopping here.... unannounced.

First off the first time I called a lady answer on the evening shift and she told me there were no rooms available and the only had poolside rooms not room rooms and I said ok can I get those she said they only had one. So I booked online and of course they had two room joined available. I was expecting a great weekend with the family, but this place is not good for families as they put off. Friday we got there and first thing I had my three year old and not even ten mins into him being in the waterpark area he busted his face on their not pool or non slip flooring in the area. Their slides have stairs that are metal and have no grip on them either. Went to the front desk and all they could do was offer a bandaid. Next we purchased two hotel rooms for six ppl not enough towels in the room or any in the pool area, and they could not give us anymore and said they didn’t even know if they would have any the next day. Mind you this stay was 189.99 per night per room this weekend. The picture was the next day I couldn’t get one well the first day because the chaos. As parents we get to excited for the indoor water area for our kids but shouldn’t have to sacrifice safety or convenience.

I'd give zero stars if it wasn't for the polite employees at the desk. I got catfished regarding breakfast. Don't go off the pictures online cause all they had were few Danishes and some coffee. Covers came off of the air conditioner (sure why or what they did anyway). The bed was sooooo loud every time I moved. I left the door open a couple times because it didn't pull shut like every other hotel ever. I could hear every word the people in the room next to me said (one was pissed she forgot mouthwash). What really caught my attention was what looked like a someone tried to scrape blood out of the bathtub, like an amateur Dexter. What was nice was the dog that met me in the hallway on my way out (off a leash) and growling like I wronged it in a previous life. It did back up enough for me to get by when the woman called it. All in all I'd say nah I'll probably pass on coming back. Location was nice though.

$155 for a poolside room, no senior or military discount for poolside rooms. Shame on them. Beds were good, pillows were so bad! They made so much NOISE (yes, the pillows), they woke our toddler, and they were very uncomfortable. Saturday 10am fire alarm went off, maids ignored it, so we did as well. Sounded off for 4 minutes, louder than the pillows, now my kids are awake 🤨 Wall socket literally pops my cords back out to me, couldn't plug phone in by my bed. I reserved a certain poolside area and was assured to be there, placed elsewhere and the desk teen had no idea of the hotel layout. Our door's deadbolt didn't work. Microwave is broken. Saturday 830am fire alarm went off, maids ignored it, so we did as well. Sounded off for 4 minutes, now my kids are awake after a late night. Desk kids are running the place and no one is in charge in the pool. Friday night nightmare in the pool, one dad was showing kids how to walk down the top of the tube slides and jump in the water. He slipped and fell off, missing the concrete side by 2" with his head. Then kept doing it! No signs saying not to. I was 20' back eating at a corner table and some brat with a big water gun hit me straight on. Soaked me, my phone and our pizza. What parent let's one kid have a water gun in a packed public pool. Likewise with the footballs that nailed the lady near me in the gut. It's no place for a toddler. And there is so much chlorine, my kids face is swollen with a horrible, burning rash from swimming. 10:20 and housekeeping came knocking to kick us out, check out is at 11:00. Hubby had to walk halfway around the Hotel this morning for his key card to find a working door to get back into the hotel.

The A/C in our room was not working and it was 80 degrees in the room. I called the front desk and asked for someone to come check it. I returned to my room three hours later and it was still 80 degrees. I called the front desk again and was told that someone had been there and that I needed to give it "time to cool." My call obviously annoyed the girl who answered. I was not offered a different room or any accommodation. The room remained 80 degrees all night even with the window open.
