I travel all over for work and worked in Bismarck for years. This YMCA is the most versatile, cleanly and organized I’ve been to. It offers a WIDE variety of options from strength to cardio and plyos. Whatever Kara and her staff have done is remarkable. Feels like a new gym since I’ve been here. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a day pass or a membership. As good as it gets.

I’m a nation wide member I trace for work this ymca is only you have pay extra for a sauna they won’t let me rent it by the month charge 10$ every time the moring staff are beyond rude I have tight schedule that I need be done at 6 am they took 20 minutes to put me in system give me a key that don’t work and made me leave my water bottle for collateral after paying the money what kind of place makes you pay then takes your water bottle this second time I have had issues with moring staff

Awesome YMCA, I travel all over the US and this is one of the best YMCA's I've been to. Lots of selection of equipment, nice cardio equipment, and nice locker room. I would highly recommend visiting this YMCA.

I can't believe in this day and age as a grown man I still have to suffer through men of all ages walking around the locker room and saunas where I have to be surrounded by naked men. Like wake up at 5 go to the gym and everyone just wants to walk around naked seems totally ridiculous to me. I didn't get out of bed to see ball sacks. Please there should be a dress code for the sauna and hot tub and maybe close the curtains on the showers it isn't a peep show. I mean statistically there's dudes in there who enjoy it but I am not in that group. Please fix

Great place to get some exercise. A lot of great options for classes. Really like the walking track. Only complaint is there are days when there are no towels available. But the facility is clean and the staff friendly so that's what matters.
