Not too big, not too small—just the right size for my 2- and 5-year-old. We mostly visit during public swim hours, which are convenient and enjoyable for the kids. I did enroll one of them in a group swimming lesson once, but unfortunately, it wasn’t particularly helpful.

You have a better chance getting an ice cream from McDonald's than you have being able to use the hot tub at this facility. Every single time I come, it isn't working. If that's all you're coming for, make sure you ask about it before paying because it's not posted when it's not working (and you'll have to send an email to the manager in order to get a pass to come at a later date- no refunds). I do appreciate that they allow kids to swim for free once a week all summer. That's the only reason it gets two stars. I bring my kids for that and they have fun enough. Without that, though, the place is very overpriced for what it is and how often it's not fully functioning. The observation area smells like pee and you cannot get into the pool area if you aren't swimming, so i just have to watch my kids from a different area without being able to talk to them at all. The stall curtains are gross and the velcro doesn't work. You still have to pay a quarter to use a locker and hang onto a key, which is weird considering most places nowadays use keypads. I wish there were a better option for weekly family swimming around here.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their service. They should have let me know when I came in at 3:00 and paid full price that the swim team was going to have the entire pool from 3:30 through 6pm and that we would be kicked out of the pool. They should have been able to at least give me a voucher so we could return at a later time. They should have been more courteous and taken the blame. I brought my grandchildren there, who are here visiting from Texas, thinking we could have a fun time at the pool. Instead. We were treated badly and rudely. The manager told us to go outside to the wading pool, even though the door sign said it was closed and the lifeguard was not on duty. After waiting several minutes for a lifeguard, yes, we did go outside and played in the freezing water of the wading pool for about 10 minutes, but my grandchildren did not like it because they wanted to swim. Attitudes of the employees are really bad. Except one blonde girl there, everyone else was rude. They don't even say hi or smile and keep staring at your face until you say hi. Pool is alright. Temperature is kinda cold for kids. My toddler couldn't even spend an hour there. Showers and curtains are old and worn out. No swimsuit spinning, dryer thing either. We've been on a road trip in US and this was one of the worst pools we've been in. Especially for how expensive it is.

This is the entire pool. The slides drop into 13’ deep area, 5’, and 4’. There’s also a hot tub and a room with a white board. There isn’t a toddler resort/play area. The outdoor pool is less than 2’ deep.
