I visited twice during a trip. This was the only gym I found in the area. It was clean and not overcrowded. It is $10 per day unless you have a monthly membership. I was told you can come in several times the same day for that price. The equipment is in very good condition even though there are some machines that are a bit old but still work perfectly, like some thread mills and elliptical machines. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The river part is really cool. Shallow wading areas for kids or just to sit and soak. Water is freezing even in summer but nice to cool off. Watch your kiddos. Those rapids are fast. Be prepared with life jackets if you’re gonna jump the rapids. Fun times. Very serene. There’s a rental place for boogie boards and such. You can fish too. Very nice bathrooms in the building. The aquatic center has a small workout room and outdoor pool that we didn’t use but is nice.

First time going inside the rec area. Met Shay the district manager and she showed me all around! 8 years in Idaho and have never been inside. I was really impressed with the gym, they classes upstairs, soon to be daycare offerings, indoor swimming pool. Outside we played bocce ball and horse shoes. Normally we walk the paths and take in the river and view eagles and ospreys flighing about. Will be back to partake in the rec area this summer.
