This facility is clean, the staff are friendly and community oriented. Our kids love taking lessons and competing with the swim team. The staff truly care about the kids first. We recently had a meet where there was possible inclement weather. Waterloo did what they needed to in the best interest and safety of the children. We appreciate it! 10/10

My kids have been on the swim team for the last three summers and have held birthday parties in the past at this pool. The staff is always so kind and helpful. We are very grateful to have such a wonderful facility so close to home.

These people need to learn how to run a swim meet.. they start early for "weather", causing parents and family that have traveled to miss their kids swim. There was a 10% chance of storms that were not headed in this direction. Then they end the meet early because there wasn't enough time??! I was for a swimmer for 15 years, this facility is NOT running the way it should be.

If you are from our beautiful Texoma area , you know this is one of the best/few pools, but none of them is conveniently covered to make the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to the city for recently putting all the effort to recondition it our community is able to swim again!!!

Excellent facility. When we lived in Denison our grandkids learned to swim. Very professional all around. And an excellent family environment. Staff always very alert and friendly
