BEDBUGS! Stay away! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My stay at the Dune’s was absolutely miserable. They have a major bedbug infestation —I left with dozens of itchy, painful bites all over my body. The sheets were yellow and felt unwashed. The TV didn’t work, the air conditioning barely blew lukewarm air, and the so-called “continental breakfast” was nothing more than stale, rock-hard muffins that looked like they’d been sitting out for weeks. To make things worse, the staff were some of the most hostile and unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered in hospitality. Any question or complaint was met with aggression and eye-rolling, as if guests were an inconvenience. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone—multiple people have mentioned how unpleasant and rude the staff are. The only positive is the location, but honestly, it’s not worth sacrificing your comfort and sanity. With so many other options nearby, do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all costs.

Amazing place, directly across from one of the best beaches in NH. Room are exactly what you need for a beach vacation. Staff if friendly and fun, and have the most fantasticly sarcastic senseof humor. Overall amazing experience and looking forward to staying again.

This place is a nightmare. The only good thing is the beach, and even that doesn’t make up for how we were treated. My aunt walked into our own room to use the bathroom before we left, and a staff member aggressively yelled at us, accusing us of “abusing their services.” The whole interaction was so intense that my 5-year-old cousin left in tears, terrified by how we were being treated. No one should be made to feel like this, especially not in front of their kids. The rooms were filthy—mold in the AC, bugs everywhere—and clearly, no one cares about keeping the place in decent shape. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, and it completely ruined our family trip. We’ll never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

So convenient for the beach. It's right across the street. Breakfast is included. Rooms aren't fancy, but nice enough. Staff has always been nice. We've stayed several times.

Come every year 4th of July- we rent 12 rooms or more every year we grow and every year we are treated well! The food is Yummy - the view is amazing and the help is great some people have come and gone but John and Tonya are always nice !! They have gone out if their way to accommodate some of our crazy requests- we are all booked up for this year and have a few more families with us ! Can’t wait to make more memories!! Lookout here we come- we eat alot!
