The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool area was quite enjoyable. The staff were also very accommodating when I forgot something in my room and mailed it to me promptly. Only complaint was hammering waking us up at 8 am that continued for at least 40 minutes. Location is very convenient for access to downtown.
We came for a day pass for the pool. Very clean, life guard was available. They have 3 1/2 feet to 5 ft pool. Jacuzzi is for 16+, which is located in the middle of the pool, easy access to watch your child and enjoy the jacuzzi. They also have a deck to sit out and enjoy the sun (and dry off 😉). They also have changing rooms-showers/bathrooms. $20.00 pp for a day pass. Very nice area to let the kids have fun, however, I highly recommended calling before showing up as they have limited people/space for the day.
I took my family here last Fall (grown kids in their 30's with their kids). We never do mini-vacations. One of the rooms smelled badly of smoke. I asked for 2 non-smoking. The. pool had parts of it roped off. No lifeguard. The pictures on the website must have been from over a decade ago. I'd ask for current photos. I was very disappointed.
This place is a staple of Plymouth. Located walking distance to Plymouth Rock & the shops/restaurants on the waterfront. They've updated the rooms, very nice. Great pool w/ Mayflower replica water slide. Family friendly. Nice restaurant within the building. Been here many times!👍
The beds are way too soft and sag. The bathroom shower/tub was very slippery. No arm rails or anything to hold onto getting in and out of the shower/tub. No place to hang wet towels except on the shower curtain rod.
