I purchased a Swimex 400 series pool in 1989 for an in home location. I was a collegiate swimmer and wanted to continue an exercise regime at home to accommodate a schedule that prevented my routine visits to a community pool. This pool met my needs. As the years passed the pool had some minor problems with the supporting apparatus. Always SwimEx staff helped with diagnosis and resolution of the problems. My location away from the company location made the repairs (with the exception of electrical connections) my job. My last adventure with a pool problem was multifaceted requiring many phone calls to the service/technical staff at SwimEx. Over a 4 month time frame the staff stuck with me to resolve the issues. I cannot say enough positive about the culture of this company and its dedication to the customer. My pool is back in service with my elbow grease technical staff guidance and the help of an electrician (I don't do electric!) A particular thanks to Ryan Pacheco whose phone I burned up during this time.

SwimEx is one of the best companies we've ever worked with. They are extremely professional, make a first class pool, and have a great customer service/technical department. After investigating several pool companies, SwimEx was our first choice. We then toured SwimEx headquarters and met with their staff (which we highly recommend). The SwimEx staff even helped us design our pool's indoor room as we built our new home specifically around their pool. It's been about six months since we moved in and we now swim almost daily. We're in the best shape of our lives and absolutely love the workout. Special thanks to all the SwimEx team for making our dream come true.

We tried a number of swim-in-place pools before selecting SwimEx as the one that was right for us. The staff at SwimEx did a fine job of answering questions, making suggestions, and providing guidance throughout the design/planning and construction phases. Prompt, courteous, and accurate. We have been enjoying our SwimEx since late Feb 2019--swimming every day and having a great experience. Kudos to the folks at SwimEx, our architect, and our builder--a great team! We highly recommend the SwimEx pools.

We installed our Swimex pool in September, 2013, and I use it every day for 45 minutes. The pool has been a joy--a reliable, consistent tool to burn 500+ calories, stretch my body, improve my mood, and listen to audiobooks. The swimming experience is so enjoyable that I have a hard time swimming in regular lap pools anymore. The Swimex team has been helpful and knowledgeable whenever I've needed them. I can't recommend this product, and this company, enough. Addendum: As of September, 2025, I have owned the Swimex pool for 12 years. I've used it approximately 3,600 times, or approximately 2,700 hours. I've followed the recommended maintenance of annually draining and cleaning the pool (about a $1,300 expense), and have replaced filters about half a dozen times, and the heating unit once or twice. The machine has been a dependable workhorse, and operates as efficiently as the day it first became operational. This machine has been perhaps the best investment I've ever made in my overall health and mood, and I continue to recommend the pool without hesitation.
